It’s a family-centered concept that starts by learning everything there is to know about our residents – their passions, achievements, careers, family, hobbies and interests. This allows our staff to create moments of real meaning that engage our residents emotionally, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
It also helps bond caregivers to the resident, so they are able to see more than their current condition and recognize them for the singular and exceptional person they are. By creating this profound connection, Meaningful Moments establishes a strong foundation of trust and well-being from which residents are able to create new memories and thrive in an environment of exceptional care.
